After suffering from anxiety for years I had little hope left that I could find anxiety relief that really worked. I had tried everything from prescription meds to yoga classes and none of them offered me the level of relief that I was looking for.
I had battled anxiety for years before I decided to seek out treatment. I experienced frequent panic attacks, mood swings, and intense feelings of anxiety. The panic attacks were the worst. They would always happen at the most inopportune times.

The very next day I started experiencing some negative side effects. I felt tired, sluggish, and slowed down. I noticed that my coordination seemed off as well. As a restaurant server I knew that I could not go into to work in a daze. I was asking for an accident to happen.
I went back to my doctor and explained to him what happened. He said that we could try another medication but odds were that I would experience similar symptoms. I declined his offer and he suggested that I try deep breathing and yoga to relieve my symptoms.
Willing to try again, I signed up for yoga, the class did help to immediately relieve my symptoms, but as soon as I left I began feeling anxious again. I talked to my instructor and she suggested that I look into herbal anxiety remedies since they would not have the harsh side effects of prescription meds.
After class I went home and online to research herbal remedies for anxiety. I found a great website that offered herbal anxiety remedies for a very reasonable price. The site had a wealth of useful information and it answered all of my questions.
